problems with start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. nothing is downloaded 
2. they can't make first files
3. I try to run TEST with some changes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
something :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1 or 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
when I try to run TEST file, everything is ok, something is downloaded,
but when I remove standard directory MAKEFILE, to run clean script, make him to 
do everthing from the start, nothing is downloaded, new MAKEFILE dir is 
created, but nothing else, and I see

that is happened for all sites, it stopes, says that finished, but nothing is 
downloaded.

what is the problem?
every moduls is installed

Try updating your version of Warrick -- You're using an older version that no 
longer uses the folders.

I run into behavior maybe related to this issue. Warrick fails to reconstruct 
any sites. All I got is errors (below) and empty directories related to 
reconstructed site. Warrick Version 2.3:A - By Justin F. Brunelle

--> Stat Failure...

Unable to open file .../logfile.o
Reading logfile: .../logfile.o

Unable to download...
Download Error

To stats FAILED::

 Frontier Exhausted. Recovery Complete!

Program terminated.
