1.12.2 Forgelin should load before all other core mods... #72

Hello

My modpack crashes because a few coremods load before forgelin which causes mixin to panic. mods like BetterFoliage etc...I use Forgelin for BetterPortals, which works normally if coremods don't load before forgelin.

Is there any way that I can force forgelin to load before every other coremod to work around this issue? Or is this something you can patch?

Dynamic Surroundings and Better Portals are incompatible, my mistake...
