Scuba Tank cant be filled when on Server #20

Like the title says, when im in solo mode the mod does work, On Server the Air in the air tank getting lower but the in the Scuba Tank the number getting to something different then 0 for a mili sec and after to 0 again. So there is no way to getting the Scuba Tank filled Using the latest build 9 Apr. for 1.10.2

I'm having this issue as well, anyone know if there's going to be a fix?
