Kill Code : Matrix Actions, ICEs and Sprites

• Add Kill Code matrix actions, active with a menu option (default = false) ;
• Add effects on : Denial of Service, Haywire, I Am the Firewall, Popup (cybercombat & hacking) and Intervene ;
• Add ICEs : Blue Goo, Flicker & Sleuther ;
• Add Companion and Generalist sprite ;
• Add optional powers for Sprite ;
• Fix colons on notifications (and rebootdeck) ;
• Add initiative change on interruption action (-5) ;
• Clean some console.log.
