AWX / Tower compatibility #2

there needs to be a way of preparing Tower/AWX compatible folders automatically a bit like instances but fixed rather than one-shot (only one of each playbook can exist though)

turns out AWX can handle the templates folder and multiple playbooks, but can only handle one roles folder and that has to be in the root of the repo (same folder as the Launcher script)
