Fauxbar is not replacing Chrome's New Tab Page. #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I click new tab and fauxbar does not pop up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see Google Chrome's New Tab page instead.

Which version of Fauxbar and Chrome are you using, and which operating
system?
Version 23.0.1271.64 m for Chrome. For Fauxbar: v1.2.10 .

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried changing settings but it still does nothing to replace Chrome's new 
Tab again.

If you disable your Chrome's custom theme, does this resolve the issue?

Otherwise, you might need to file a bug with the Chromium team.
