Cavalry Couriers Archers Mounted commanders?

New infrustructure to support them -- Stable -- breeds horses. Horses are used from here to supply NPC with mounts.

Will not be implementing in the current 1.6.4 version of AW.

Will re-open in the future if I think I will be adding them.

Current plan is for these to be included in the 1.7 branch in some form -- as yet undecided how exactly it will be setup.
