KSP changes underscores to dots in part names, so the default cfg is wrong because it has underscores. This causes Kerbal+Part recovery contracts to break because the part name does not exist. See also this forum post
Good find; had just ran into those last night and was wondering what the cause was.
Will fix that up ASAP and post an updated release.
