Balance changes #36

  1. KF-LegLarge (KF Folding Hydralic Leg) has almost the same overall dimensions (size) as KF-LegSimple (KF Folding Hydralic Leg), however one leg more than twice heavier than another (1.25t and 0.5t). I propose to make them both 0.5t
    1. KF-APU needs to be in the Electrical, alongside the Fuel Cell.
    2. Tracks need to have corresponding to their sizes masses screenshot2
    3. KF Skid need to weigh not a half ton, almost as Long Track — proposed 0.05t.
    4. Adjustable Landing Gear (Large) need to weigh more than Adjustable Landing Gear (Medium) — proposed 0.4t
    5. KF Small Rover Wheel, KF Truck Wheel - Single, KF Truck Wheel - Dual need to weigh between stock little wheel (S2) and medium (M1 and TR-2L)
    6. KF Medium Wheel need to weigh noticeably larger than the three KF-wheels above.
    7. Some tracks' max drive speed much less or larger than max safe speed — it can be fixed by tweaking a default gear ratio.

Sorry for the delayed response, has been a crazy week (another crazy week...).

I will review what you have proposed and respond to each point over the weekend. From a quick glance there should be no problem with most of it.

Please keep in mind though that most 'large' changes to parts, especially anything that might break existing crafts, I like to schedule to coincide with major KSP updates. So some of these changes may have to wait for the right time -- will know more after I review them.
