Update KerbalFoundries/KSPWheel versioning to support KSP 1.12 #62

I've left the embedded TU alone since the TU on the TU repo is newer (and already has a PR). I'm not sure how you're handling embedded mods here, they seem to just be files rather than git submodules?

As with the others, you will (AIUI) need to update the remote versioning on the cybutek site.

Yeah, submodules and such were foreign to me when I set up the projects.

As long as the remote versions of the .version files (e.g. those on github / cybutek) are updated, AVC/etc should be fine with them. The next time the project is recompiled, the build scripts would pick up the updated KSPWheel version files to include in the package.
