Investigate PartUpgrades to add models / fuel types / tank types / resources #559

Seems possible that you might add entire ConfigNodes through the PartUpgrade system, not being limited to only value types.

If this works, it would enable specific models that are used in the (adapters, tanks) to be unlocked through the tech-tree.
