Request: Recoloring on DP0/DP1 #685

Recoloring on the DP0/DP1 surface attach flange thingy that is white now.

OK,this is weird. It seems there is a recoloring option, but it is linked to the techtree somehow?

Both the DPxP versions have recoloring from the start. DPx only gets recoloring at a random point as I've tried unlokcing each techtree node until the entire tree is unlocked and still don't have the recoloring. Yet I've had it become available during game-play at some point for these.

DP without the chutes don't have the recoloring option. My prior remark was a brainfart.
