FFT Resources, added FusionPellets exception #709

Please keep in mind that all of these PRs will need to be updated to target the new parts/models/etc from the 1.4 branch (e.g. they cannot be used as submitted).

Most of the part names have changed -- e.g. SSTU-SC-TANK-MFT-A is changed to SSTU-TANK-MFT-A. Many other similar changes to the part naming (generally the only thing under ShipCore anymore will the purpose built command-pods + their service modules/accessories).

Ha, yeah, I was actually just going to mail you if I should keep posting these or just make totally new ones in the 1.4 version. I'm still playing 1.3.1 and haven't looked at 1.4 since 1.4.0 came out :)

Let me know if the part names are fixed for 1.4, aka you are done changing the names. I can go over all the mod integrations then.

Re same resources: I can just add all the resources for the mod, and not check if another mod already added them, right?
