(opinion) SRB-U lower detail color should control dome color rather than gimbal actuator color #735

Not all of the lower/nozzle options have gimbal hardware, and I think I can see more uses for the dome to be a different color rather than the gimbal hardware

Sure. I'll have to decide what color to make the gimbal hardware (steel/silver/white?) as it'll be changed to a static non-recolorable setup, but should be doable.

Looks like the domes are already recolorable (with the 'secondary' color channel)?

Unless you are suggesting specifically that the main/secondary colors should be used for the 'external' coloring (e.g. the cylinder edge at the top of the nozzle model), and the 'detail' color be used for all non-cylinder stuff?

Yeah, I think it should be independent of the external coloring.

Thanks for the clarification.

I'll take a deeper look at the models and see what all it would impact; currently I think the only outlier after the change would be the same as before -- the -UE nozzle that has no cylinder portion on it.

Hopefully I'll be able to sneak this into tomorrows/this-weekends' update.
