The default editor profile has hdr/bloom and SMAA. This causes flickering if the stock game AA is also enabled.
It might be a good idea to disable the stock game AA when TUFX AA, bloom, and hdr are all enabled. But balllisticfox says that stock AA + SMAA is actually better for scenes in movement (I haven't verified). But I don't know why he's not seeing the flickering artifacts.
Another option would be to just turn off HDR and bloom from the default-editor profile. SMAA is probably more important to keep there so that people with stock AA turned off will still have a nice image.
