Recoloring - Config-defined PresetColor sets. #78

Allow for specifying in the KSPTextureSwitch what set of colors should be available in the preset-color selection portion of the recoloring GUI.

This will require:

Preset Colors tagged with one or more tags to denote their grouping(s).
Texture sets tagged with one or more 'precolor set' names.
Recolor GUI provided with the group name of the current texture-set selected for a part when the GUI is initialized for a part.
