Crashing after Windows Update 19041.450 #12

I'm not 100% on this but it seems like the only thing that has changed on my system since it stopped working.

Loading any title will result in no icon getting displayed, then double clicking on the title will crash the program.

Seems like this is an issue with my computer. :(
