Audio Call on PSTN is very choppy #461

Please provide any additional information below.

I am using openser as voip server. when i am trying to pstn call with other 
user-agent (x-lite, bria, jitsi) works fine but with doubango- From App to real 
phone traffic work well but real phone to App audio is very choppy & delaying.
