How to use Auto Mode By External PAC #1244

I want to use the newly added feature “Auto Mode By External PAC” to go back home from oversea. I use the PAC provided here, and copy paste the PAC file url into the “external PAC url” blank in Advance session of Preferences. However, it just doesn’t go through my servers when I try baidu when I use “Auto Mode By External PAC”. It should go through my servers because baidu is in the PAC file. So I wonder maybe I didn’t use this feature properly.

@brucelyu were you able to figure out how to use this feature? I've faced with a very same issue. wanted to use GFW list as a base and few more websites, but client seems to ignore this list

It seems like you need to use "Auto Mode By PAC" mode after you have defined the "External PAC URL".
