1.8.1 WITH plugin simple-obfs, error connect: Host is down.

Describe the bug messages: “ERROR: connect: Host is down”, no foreign sites can be open, Pls help, thanks!! BTW: the same error occurred at the previous ver 1.8.0, both "obfs-local" and "simple-obfs" in plugin section weren't work.
