Feature request 更平稳的升级app #907

之前用的1.7.1 (服务器设置有kcptun) 想说升级到1.8.1，结果解压覆盖后发现未正常工作，才发现kcptun这些是作为plugin来配置了。但server配置>plugin里只有一个文本输入框（不清楚是未识别kcptun plugin还是就是如此...) 没办法只好先换回1.7.1，结果1.7.1也不正常了，把ss-local，kcptun这些全删等app重新安装后才正常。

所以1.8.1运行时，安装了新的ss-local、kcptun这些，但配置没有更新么？

插件 kcptun 插件参数 remoteaddr=ip:port;mode=fast2;key=it's a secrect 远端ip:端口实际的模式密码

所以那个配置本来就是要全手写进去么-。-
