新版本kcptun加入了smuxver新配置和tcp支持，请求安卓版同步更新

kcptun has been upgraded and support a new smuxver option. Please upgrade kcptun-android to support this.

right, TCP is a must-have.

TCP emu requires root access(raw socket). The upstream is not updated also and is incompatible with the original project so It's hard to simply merge the upstream.
