Same error occurs on my Q device, anyone can fix that?

To anyone bothered by this issue: I tested this version and it fixes the issue on my Mi 9 Android Q device.

i installed the plugin and enabled it in ss. then it simply cant connect my ss server. how to use the plugin? what those parameters mean? is there a manual?
