Really few service providers use any of the encryption methods in this current version. It's necessary to support new encryption methods.

同样的请求希望增加以下加密chacha20、chacha20-ietf、chacha20-ietf-poly1305、aes-[128,192,256]-gcm，还有一点OBF模式好像没有现在的服务端支持希望去除。
