Can't connect to WhatsApp when it's enabled #3358

Hi I'm using the latest version on Windows 11 and the latest version of WhatsApp and I can't connect to WhatsApp when Shadowsocks is enabled. Also, can't connect to VPN software or sign in to them.

I also can't connect to Microsoft To-Do, Samsung Note or Microsoft Store.

Tried CMD and software method and still can't connect

have you tried Global method?

What p you mean by the global method? The proxy is set to Global and I tried both ways mentioned on #3068.
