startup error #3416

Describe the bug

I start it up and it gives this error

please try putting shadowsocks.exe into a new folder like D:\SS\.

There is some issue when the folder/path name is non-English.

There is some issue when the folder/path name is non-English.

I can use it in Windows 10 21H2, when I reinstall my OS and upgrade to Windows 10 22H2, it does not work and has the same problem. My path does not has non-English

When I want to install it, the error message is The same version or newer has installed on this computer

I'm not sure now, in most cases this issue is a path or folder issue...
