Add internationalization to tray #73

With this pull request I want to add an internationalization function and demonstrate it's usage on the system tray which is the part of the application I use most. I would be happy if we could also internationalize other parts of the application.

I think you really need to check out branch 0.3.0🙁, I have already translated the app.

That's great to hear. I'm sorry for not pushing this earlier...These commits have been sitting on my local machine since December. I hope you can at least reuse the translated FAQ.

Is there anything that I can help you with or are you already done?
