Can't start server on Win 10 and Python 3.9 #100

Hi, I was with a windows 10 and python 2.7 and I was with a working ShadowsocksR SSR Server. I changed ver. 2.7 with a Python 3.9.0 and i can't run a server. I have a lot of errors... Where is the problem....
