端口号无法使用 #90

近期使用过程中，经常出现端口号无法连接的问题，在服务器上重新安装换一个端口号，就恢复正常连接。请问这个是什么原因导致？

这种情况，频繁的更换端口，会不会被和谐？

我用的自己定义的13000以上的端口,几个月了没有出问题,
