Have a command to add text to logseq #19

Currently, the bot will add all the text to logseq which is sent in a group where it is added.

I wanted to use it in a group with multiple people where I chat. So there after some chatting, I can just send a command like /note TODO plan this trip and only this message goes to LogSeq. Right now all my chat messages will be sent to LogSeq as well
