Instead of having separate groups, you could use a forum where the topics are used per-inbox instead of separate groups. It would be beneficial if you have a lot of inboxes and would make adding more easier. Topic ids are based off the message id of the creation service message and easy to check. Meanwhile the chatId remains the same.
