Proposal: rename to chassis_redis #1

Per some ongoing changes in Chassis to upgrade the project to use the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS release, core Chassis extensions have been renamed to use underscores in their names instead of dashes. This extension should probably be similarly upgraded.

Note: Once this change is made, dependent project like humanmade/platform-chassis-extension should be updated to refer to the new repository name to avoid provisioning errors.

Alternatively, if you're interested we could move this project to the Chassis organization as chassis/redis.

Hah I came here to ask to move this into the Chassis org as well so I can update it 😁 @kadamwhite you've been 2 days ahead of my list of things I wanted to do lately! 😂

Seeing we couldn't get @shadyvb to move it to the official Chassis organisation I've forked it here: https://github.com/Chassis/chassis_redis. I'll do some updates and add props to @shadyvb for being the original author.
