add support for Recaptcha you could steal what I did off staticman.

Somehow related (spam block) I've added experimental support for Akismet in commits https://github.com/shaftoe/static-comments/commit/58850b3f48444412ed19be3d9215d17768d1e9af and https://github.com/shaftoe/static-comments/commit/c69ad6bf38483e60ba29a37215c63fcdd82dd27f, it does the job for me for the time being.
