Sorry for late reply, I'm in places where internet is rare. Try to do this: https://github.com/shagabutdinov/sublime-enhanced#default-keybinding-activation.
About conflicting keymaps: you can easily remap keys as you like. I did mapping that conflicts with default keys because there was free keys shortage.
As mentioned on installation page, I have installed Expression, Statement and Indentation-Navigation. But after installation I don't see indentation-navigation key bindings under Preference->Package Settings.
Also the default keymap(https://github.com/shagabutdinov/sublime-indentation-navigation/blob/master/Default%20(Windows).sublime-keymap) of sublime-indentation-navigation plugin uses keys that are used in opening menu bar, like alt+h(for help).
My env: Win 7, Sublime 3
