Suggestion: mark elite / group quests with [E] and dangeon ones with [D] #239

Is there a way to add marks in the quest log (and NPCs nameplates) for group and dungeon quests? I.e., for exampe, "A Sign of Hope [D]", "Kirith [E]". Thanks.
