Abbreviate Unit Names Improvement #1213

I would like to request a small fix to Abbreviate Unit Names behavior. Currently, if the mob's name starts with a quotation mark, the name will be abbreviated to display the quotation mark as the first symbol of the name.

I'm not aware how many mobs are there in WoW with a name that starts with a quotation mark, but it sure does look stupid. I ran into a mob with that issue when I started leveling in Mulgore.
