Feature request: raid icon #1238

1) add offline and ghost status icons into "raid member frame", "target player frame" like resurrect icon 2) add loot master and A icons into "raid member frame", "target player frame", "press "O" - raid member page" like raid leader icon 4) if press "O" - raid member page opened, all slots will display the "empty" even there were member occupied. "empty" should be removed 5) add the "ready check" icon into "raid member frame", "target player frame", "press "O" - raid member page"
