Hoverbind permanently enabled #1251

When I open the Hoverbind/Keybind mode and try to bind keys following the instructions provided nothing happens. However in normal gameplay the keybind mode seems to be permanently enabled, meaning if I am holding any spell/consumable in by cursor and press a button it gets bound to the button. I tried to disable the hoverbind module to get rid of this issue but it only removed the functionality of the hoverbind button in the PF UI config, it did not solve the issue of Keybind mode being permanently enabled in regular gameplay.
