Fake Call Functionality Added Integrate With Emergency Dashboard

Add Fake Call Functionality,
User Can Give Fake caller name.
Time Duration after the fake calling Screen Show
Ringtone will be default ringtone of phone
Make Some Column to ListView due to overflow problem(I have to make that changes, because that overflow is very irritating, at the time of work)

Keep the code the same. Change the parent container or the Scaffold background colour, it will work. @SamarpanCoder2002
