Beat detection is probably the most important first step in EGM/EPS analysis. If a beat isn't adequately quantified/classified, it invalidates the other intervals (e.g. where the P-wave is, etc).

[x] need to be able to find major peaks
[x] need to classify number of beats in a strip
[x] need to find or identify "relative" peaks within a beat

Will rely on ML algorithms likely and add functionality for beat classification from WFDB applications.
