`ggm` object plotting improvements and features

Would like to review ggm features and come up with plan for implementation.

Features/improvements to be developed include:

• [ ] Healthy default scale for X axis for ggm object
• [ ] Customize or add parameter to control for x-axis scale
• [x] Theming and colors should be added via + operator
