I'm interpreting heart rate changes during stress to signify changes in sympathovagal balance. Otherwise HRV metrics are being described as cardiac autonomic function.
I'm using "examine" instead of "explore" which otherwise makes it sound too exploratory.
I recommend using terms for the specific conditions depression and PTSD rather than "chronic mental stress" because they are not representative of all forms of chronic stress, which include other measures like work stress, etc. Take for example the INTERHEART study and the measures of chronic stress they used.
Always better where possible to describe the cohort a bit - this is especially important for biobank.
In the biobank group need to clarify what is the comparison group for those not undergoing revasc.
