Adding authentication for API and for managing frontend #23

Proposed authentication provider:

Google OAuth 2.0
GitHub OAuth

Features:

User can configure if they require authentication or not.
If Authentication is needed, they must need to enable one authentication provider at least.
Authentication provider credentials can be provided as environment variable
Also API endpoint would require authentication if it's enabled
