SW4 link in readme has changed #22

hi there, just passing through and checking out pySW4 for the first time... I noticed https://geodynamics.org/cig/software/sw4/ no longer exists, not sure what you'd want to point to instead, maybe https://github.com/geodynamics/sw4 ?
