Merge files .org files persists #30

What's this issue all about?

After at merge, the .org etc. files lingers.

Expected Behaviour

They should be cleared out.

Actual Behaviour

Files persists.

Steps To Reproduce

Perform a simple merge

Software Info

VSCode version - v. Version: 1.38.1 (user setup)

GitMerger version - v. 0.4.1 Operating System - (including version if provided)
