Allow the user to update Quests status #6

The user shall be able to update the status of tasks and quests upon completion 
of tasks

Users can now click on an incomplete task item to mark as complete.  Clicking 
on a completed task item marks it as incomplete.

Clicking on a task updates the task status and adds to the users experience.  
Clicking a completed task marks the task as incomplete and removes the task 
experience from the users experience.

Completing all the tasks in a quest marks the quest as complete and adds the 
quest experience to the user experience.

Marking  a task incomplete on a completed quest marks the quest as incomplete 
and removes the experience from the users experience.
