Differentiate between Public and Personal quests #8

Personal and Public Quests should be differentiated by the App and apparent to 
the user.  This could be achieved by using an icon to identify Public quests

Different Icons are used to denote the different Quest types.  Public Quests 
will have a globe icon and Personal Quests will have a personal avatar or 
generic User avatar next to the Quest
