Sayonara crashes when trying to play file which no longer exists. #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete song from library (through filesystem) 
2. Open Sayonara
3. Add deleted song to playlist.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Warning or Error-Message should appear. Instead Sayonara crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2 r589

Please provide any additional information below.

Startup options
[*] Load playlist on startup
[*] Start playing
[*] Load last track on startup
[ ] Remember time of last track

Playlist is empty

I could reproduce it 2 or 3 times but not always. I have to take a closer look.

Some ad for the sayonara homepage (includes a forum, too)

Problem never appeared again. Can you try out if the problem still exists?
