I've also had this issue, this is in fact Oxygen's fault.
If you run oxygen-settings and set Windows' drag mode (first screen) to
something other than "Drag windows from all empty areas" and restart sayonara,
issue is resolved.
That being said, it would be nice if sayonara could somehow prevent oxygen from
stepping in.
