apiClient construction doesn't create Cache/IO? #149

    global $apiConfig;
    $apiConfig = array_merge($apiConfig, $config);
    self::$cache = new $apiConfig['cacheClass']();
    self::$auth = new $apiConfig['authClass']();
    self::$io = new $apiConfig['ioClass']();
  }

What are we supposed to put in our config array for cacheClass/ioClass...?

The examples never mention anything about them, I tried putting in like 
"apiHttpRequest" for ioClass to no success =\
